This notice explains how Phoenix Advisors Pte. Ltd. (“Phoenix Advisors”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Personal data we collect

We provide services within a private family office and do not deal with the public. The personal data we hold is therefore limited to:

• contact details of people at banks, payment providers, auditors, suppliers and other counterparties we work with;
• identification and contact details of our directors, shareholders and beneficial owners, held to meet corporate and know-your-customer requirements;
• anything you send us when you email us.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it has no forms that collect personal data.

How we use it

We use personal data only to run our business, keep our corporate and accounting records, meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and reply to correspondence.

Disclosure

We may share personal data with our company secretary, accountants, auditors, banks and professional advisers, with service providers where needed to provide our services, and with authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and protection

We keep personal data for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires, and we protect it with reasonable security arrangements.

Access and correction

You may ask to see or correct personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent to its use, by writing to our Data Protection Officer at contact@phoenixadvisory.com.
